The Shoreditch Fashion Show (TSFS) is a creative collaboration celebrating emerging talent across the entire creative spectrum; from fashion designers to artists, musicians and DJ’s. It also served as a platform to introduce young tastemakers to new product lines and brands from the companies sponsoring each event.
Curate and amplify events that capture the pulse of East London’s creative community.
Provide a platform for local talent and emerging artists to showcase their work.
Present new products and brands from sponsors in an authentic, non-intrusive way.
Ensure each event is a standout success that sparks conversation long after it’s over.
Barefaced Studios
Produced two bold, cross-disciplinary festivals at Hoxton Docks (a former coal storage) and Oval Space (an old warehouse next to a decommissioned gasworks), blending fashion, art, film, music, and sculpture into a set of immersive, multi-sensory experiences that celebrated East London style, culture and creativity.
Showcased emerging talent, including Isabella Yaellda (who designed for Lady Gaga) and Central St. Martins grads, with exclusive, one-off pieces created around a central theme. The events also featured live performances by local dancers and musicians, adding vibrancy to the shows.
We worked alongside brands such as Batiste, Vita Coco, Propercorn, Red Bull, OnePiece, Gandy’s Flip Flops and Serge Denimes to create mini brand activations housed within each event. We needed to make the brands fit in seamlessly, whilst ensuring they didn’t detract or appear jarring – no one wants to party against a sea of products. So we were careful to work with each brand to create activations that were special, useful and sympathetic to the theme of each event.
Launched a high-profile competition with Made in Shoreditch to find the next big fashion talent, judged by the legendary Julien MacDonald. The competition blew up online, reaching 500k+ Facebook users and 35k Twitter followers, amplifying buzz around the event.
Sold out both shows (1,200 capacity each), attracted press in Aesthetica, ArtLyst, Don’t Panic, Dazed (among others) secured media partnerships with Wired, Hoxton FM, Made in Shoreditch, and Fashion TV. Brands including Red Bull, Vita Coco, and Propercorn ran seamlessly integrated activations, and the events attracted celebs like Mischa Barton, Eliza Doolittle, and the Made in Chelsea cast.
